QGC is committed to doing all it can to protect the public against illegal contractors by educating the public and offering its members the opportunity to anonymously report suspected illegal contractors.

We invite you to use the anonymous reporting form below. You may enter your real name and contact information if you wish, but it is not required and your report will be given the same level of action with or without your name.

Please provide us as much information as possible about the violations. We will review your report and provide the information to the proper regulatory agencies. If you have provided your contact information, it will be maintained as confidential information. QGC respects your privacy.
